To provide an enjoyable and safe BLACK SPOT HAUNTED HOUSE experience for all patrons, the following Rules of the BLACK SPOT HAUNTED HOUSE are in effect and apply to all patrons without exception.

1. NO SMOKING OR OPEN FLAMES OF ANY KIND, NO EXCEPTION! Anyone caught smoking or with an open flame (lighter, matches, Etc.) in the BLACK SPOT HAUNTED HOUSE will not only be immediately ejected from the show, but will also receive a summons from the Town Fire Marshall, NO EXCEPTIONS!

2. DO NOT TOUCH ANYTHING, INCLUDING PROPS AND OR ACTORS. The BLACK SPOT HAUNTED HOUSE Has a Strict No Touching Policy for both the Actors and the Patrons. The Actors will not touch you. Anyone caught touching props or the actors will risk denied entry or immediate removal from the attraction. You will be prosecuted for hitting or fighting any actors/staff.

3. NO ALCOHOL, FIREARMS AND/OR WEAPONS OF ANY TYPE ARE ALLOWED to be consumed or carried on the premises, including the parking lot, of the BLACK SPOT HAUNTED HOUSE. Likewise, the BLACK SPOT HAUNTED HOUSE reserves the right to deny entry to and/or eject any person or persons from the BLACK SPOT HAUNTED HOUSE attraction who appear to be under the influence or acting in a belligerent or otherwise unfit manner that may affect the safety and/or enjoyment of their or others' BLACK SPOT HAUNTED HOUSE experience.

4. BE SCARED BUT, BE SAFE. The BLACK SPOT HAUNTED HOUSE prides itself on providing an entertaining thrill and chill while maintaining a higher standard of patron AND staff safety. Any person or persons caught running, horsing around, fighting and/or behaving in an unsafe manner will be denied entry or removed from the attraction.

5. The BLACK SPOT HAUNTED HOUSE and/or any of the it's sponsors/supporters are not responsible for any loss, stolen or damaged possessions of patrons while on the premises of the BLACK SPOT HAUNTED HOUSE. In addition, the BLACK SPOT HAUNTED HOUSE makes all possible and reasonable efforts to maintain a safe and enjoyable experience for its patrons.

6. Due to the nature of this event, a very small percent of its attending audience may behave aggressively or otherwise negligent to other patrons. The BLACK SPOT HAUNTED HOUSE and it's affiliates are NOT, in any way, liable for personal injury due to neglectful behavior of patrons such as running, horseplay and/or any other forms of unsafe behavior on the part of the patrons that could result in injury, either within or outside the attraction. In short, ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK.

7. Sorry, NO REFUNDS for any reason and NO TRANSFERRING OF UNUSED TICKETS ALLOWED. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

8. All references, resemblances and statements to persons living or dead are strictly coincidentally and are solely in use for the overall effect of the attractions of the BLACK SPOT HAUNTED HOUSE. Neither the BLACK SPOT HAUNTED HOUSE or any of its affiliates are liable for any perceived offenses encountered within the attractions or premises of the BLACK SPOT HAUNTED HOUSE.

9. Excluding staff, no one is allowed to use flashlights, laser lights and/or any other forms of illumination including cell phones within the attractions of the BLACK SPOT HAUNTED HOUSE. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR CELL PHONES, DO NOT TAKE THEM OUT TO USE FOR LIGHT AS YOU MAY POTENTIALLY RUIN THE EXPERIENCE FOR YOURSELF AND OTHERS OR DROP AND BREAK THEM. We ask that you please TURN YOUR PHONES OFF upon entry as you would at a movie theater. Please NO CAMERAS. If you are caught you will be warned only once, then risk denied entry or immediate removal from the attraction.

10. We want you to come back and enjoy the BLACK SPOT HAUNTED HOUSE year after year. Please drive safely both to and from the BLACK SPOT HAUNTED HOUSE.
